para los venezolanos, ayer lunes 31 de marzo.<\/p><p data-start=\"160\" data-end=\"183\">\u2705 <strong data-start=\"162\" data-end=\"183\">Contexto del Caso<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"700\"><li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"414\"><p data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"414\">El caso surge tras la decisi\u00f3n de <strong data-start=\"220\" data-end=\"235\">Kristi Noem<\/strong>, Secretaria del Departamento de Seguridad Nacional (DHS), de revertir la extensi\u00f3n del Estatus de Protecci\u00f3n Temporal (TPS) para venezolanos aprobada por la administraci\u00f3n del gobierno anterior.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"700\"><p data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"700\">Esta decisi\u00f3n afecta a <strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"463\">350,000 venezolanos.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><div><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><b>Datos claves del fallo:<\/b><\/span><\/div><div><ul data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"1287\"><li data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"920\"><p data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"920\">El <strong data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"786\">Tribunal del Distrito Norte de California<\/strong> otorg\u00f3 una suspensi\u00f3n temporal a favor de los demandantes, bloqueando la medida que pondr\u00eda fin a la protecci\u00f3n TPS para venezolanos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1117\"><p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1117\">La demanda fue presentada por <strong data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"993\">siete individuos venezolanos con TPS<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1032\">National TPS Alliance (NTPSA)<\/strong>, una organizaci\u00f3n que representa a m\u00e1s de 84,000 titulares de TPS en Estados Unidos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1287\"><p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1287\">El tribunal concluy\u00f3 que la medida de Noem causar\u00eda un <strong data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1195\">da\u00f1o irreparable<\/strong> a las familias, econom\u00eda y comunidades, sin evidencia s\u00f3lida que justifique su eliminaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1287\"><p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1287\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: var(--black); font-family: var(--font-main), sans-serif; letter-spacing: var(--font-main-letterspacing); text-align: var(--text-align);\"><b>ARGUMENTOS\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><div><ol data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"3070\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2782\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2782\"><strong data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2661\">Violaci\u00f3n del APA:<\/strong> La revocaci\u00f3n del TPS viola la Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo (APA), al ser una acci\u00f3n <strong data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2781\">arbitraria y caprichosa<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2931\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2931\"><strong data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2813\">Igualdad de Protecci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Alegan que la decisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 motivada por <strong data-start=\"2855\" data-end=\"2885\">discriminaci\u00f3n intencional<\/strong> basada en raza, origen \u00e9tnico o nacionalidad.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"3070\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"3070\"><strong data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"2966\">Falta de Consulta Adecuada:<\/strong> No hubo un an\u00e1lisis detallado o consulta interinstitucional antes de la
